At SNAZZED, we want you to have the best experience while maintaining fair policies and we have teams that carefully examine every item before they are bought, published, packed and shipped out. We do this to ensure you get the best quality items. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please follow our return and exchange policy guidelines:

Final sale policy

  • Once an order has been processed on our online store, it becomes final. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are certain about a product before placing an order or making payments.
  • If you wish to change your order details, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. After 3 hours, we might be unable to change your details like address or phone number.
  • We do not allow cancellation nor change of orders once processed.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if a defective, damaged, or wrong item was sent to you.

Return and exchange requests on defective or wrong items must be made within 24 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your request for a return has been approved, make sure you return the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original package intact within 24 hours of approval. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, please read the following.

  • The item cannot be worn, used, or altered. The item must be in its original packaging with all labels tags attachedĀ  to be eligible for a return and exchange. We inspect all items properly before shipping.
  • The bag the item is packed in cannot be broken nor can the seal be loosened. If this happens, your return will be automatically refused.
  • The only instance where a return and exchange will be accepted if the conditions above are not met is if there’s a product defect and packaging damage by our logistics partners. We will exchange all defective products immediately, no questions asked.
  • Items bought with gift cards, on sale or in situations where a discount code was applied cannot be returned and exchanged for a different item.Ā 
  • Electronic wardrobe items like lint/fuzz removers cannot be returned or exchanged after they have be checked, tested and sent to you.
  • We do not accept return nor exchange for wrong size selection by you. Study our size chart and know your size before shopping with us.

If your request for a return and exchange is approved,

  • We do not have provisions for a refund or store credit but can offer returns and exchanges.Ā 
  • Please note that we only offer exchanges for defective items. We will issue a replacement straight away at no extra cost to you.
  • We reserve the right to approve a return. If the returned item breaks our eligibility rule, the item will be sent back to you after you pay the shipping fee for it to be sent back.
