Shipping policy
At SNAZZED, we strive to deliver high-quality wears to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures.
Order Processing:
- Next-day shipping only applies on orders placed on or before 4PM on the previous day. Otherwise, expect a minimum of 48 hours before your item can ship.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Pre-ordered products can only be shipped out when items are back in stock.️
- If your order contains a mix of products that are available to ship now and products on pre-order, they will ship when the product is back in stock.
- You can also request to split your order into 2 shipment batches so that the pre-ordered product does not delay your shipment. Contact support to split your order.
Important Notes on Shipping
- We offer next-day shipments in Lagos only. Cut-off time is 4PM for items to ship next-day, else they ship 2 days after.
- Delivery within Lagos takes 1 - 3 working days after it's shipped out.
- All shipments outside Lagos are done via standard shipping. Shipping rates and shipping timelines vary depending on the destination, weight and size, and are calculated at checkout.
- Standard shipping outside Lagos takes 3 - 5 working days.
- Please note that shipping windows do not include the processing time.
Tracking:
- Standard shipping orders via GUO Logistics receive a tracking code immediately after they are shipped.
- Lagos shipments may not have a tracking code.
Delivery:
- We offer pickup and door-step delivery for outside Lagos. Our shipping partners cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- If you request for a package to be delivered to a new location after it has been shipped, transfer charges will be charged as applicable.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, once an order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays as the shipping company might bill you extra charges for incorrect addresses and redelivery on second attempts.
- Packages returned to our facility due to unsuccessful delivery will require a new delivery fee to be resent.
- There might be delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances which might influence the delivery timeline.
